- Lead the IPPC team to assess appropriate manufacturing processes on basis of production specifications and current efficiency.
- Monitor on time completion of jobs during the manufacturing process
- Take necessary actions to resolve Engineering stuck ups
- Highly responsible for commissioning and installation of manufactured equipment
- Coordinate with CPPC and other manufacturing facilities to ensure on time availability of castings and other input materials
- Collect and prepare data for monthly meetings and Lead Production Coordination meetings on daily basis
- Conduct quarterly meetings for setting / reviewing / revising performance standards and KRAs of the direct subordinates. As well as conduct time to time performance monitoring sessions
