The primary responsibility of a Senior WordPress Developer would be to lead the development of complex WordPress projects from start to finish and understand client needs and create custom solutions that meet their requirements. Troubleshooting and debugging issues with WordPress sites.
Leading the development team and providing technical guidance to junior developers.

Requirements:

Extensive knowledge and 4+ years of experience with WordPress, including its core functions, architecture, and development best practices.
Proficiency in PHP, Databases, HTML, CSS, jQuery and JavaScript: Strong skills in these web development languages are necessary for building custom WordPress plugins and themes, as well as integrating third-party services and APIs.
Front-end development, including responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility.
Familiarity with WordPress APIs: Understanding of the WordPress APIs, such as the REST API, is crucial for integrating WordPress with other services and platforms.
Familiar with debugging tools and techniques, as well as testing frameworks such as PHPUnit, to ensure the quality of their code.
