We are hiring a customer service representative to handle customer queries.

You will also be involved in processing orders through proper channel.
If you think you have a customer service attitude then this job is for you:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Management.
Candidates with an O/A level background can also apply.
Must have excellent communication skills.
Can respond to chats & emails proficiently.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word & Excel).
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
1 year of relevant experience in Customer Services.
Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
Available to work in shift duties (Morning, Evening & Night) on weekly rotational basis.
