We are mining for an HR Executive to manage our company’s recruiting, HR Administration and other Operations related work.
Job Responsibilities:
Candidate should have an extensive background in Human Resources include recruitment, Payroll management, compansation and benefits management, HR administration.
Job Description:
- Must be strong in english speaking.
- Help develop and conduct in-house training programs for employees.
- HR filling and maintain HR compliance.
- Call applicants and conducts initial phone interviews in english.
- Researching and collecting data for various HR initiatives.
- Performing Reference and background checks.
- Preparing materials for orientation.
- Preparing all new hire paperwork.
- Prepares recruiting materials.
- Manage Leave Records.
- Human Resources administrative duties.
- Assist in payroll processing and lead automation of manual processes.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
