The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Our Shift Timings Are:

  • 1st Shift: 12-09 PM
  • 2nd Shift:03 PM-12 AM
  • 3rd Shift: 05 PM-02 AM/06 PM-03 AM
  • The candidate should be flexible to work in a rotating shift
  • It's 9 hours working shift including a 1-hour break.

Requirements:

  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
  • Should be result-oriented, hard-working and punctual.
  • Applicants having Telesales experience is a plus.
  • Fresh candidates with good communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
  • Communication skills are a must and added advantage on landing this job. Be proficient in English.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Communicating with clients, making calls to potential clients, and following up on leads.
  • Understanding clients' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
  • Answering potential clients' questions and sending additional information via email.
  • Keeping up with the product, service information and updates.
  • Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential clients.
  • Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
  • Staying informed about competing products and services.
  • Researching and qualifying new leads
  • Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers.
  • Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.
  • Inform customer of deals and promotions 
  • Handle changes in policies or renewals
  • Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail or WhatsApp
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
