Techline Pakistan is looking for a HR Coordinator to join our rapidly growing team. The ideal candidate will have a broad knowledge of Human Resources as well as general administrative responsibilities. The candidate will be able to work efficiently to ensure the end-to-end running of HR projects and operations. The selected individual will have the following responsibilities.

Roles & Responsibilities.

  • Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries and provide assistance.
  • Compiling reports and preparing spreadsheets
  • Creating, distributing and storing documents
  • Update calendars and schedule meetings.
  • Perform duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing etc.
  • Acting as a point of contact for employees and administration.
  • Answer all incoming calls and queries on email and redirect them to the concerned person or keep messages.
  • Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary materials such as pens, papers etc.
  • Greet guests, candidates and make sure they are comfortable.
  • Answer queries related to the company or provide necessary information about the company to the guests.
  • Answer address queries from the candidates and or guests.
  • Greet guests warmly and inform the concerned person about their guests promptly.

Must have

  • Ability to cope up with a fast changing environment
  • Confident personality with a can-do attitude
  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
  •  Must be dependable, able to follow instructions, respond to management direction. 
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
  •  Excellent office management and organizational skills.
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  •  Good command on English Language
