- Survey customers’ premises to gather requirements for their network.
- Perform pre-sales activities like conducting technical meetings with the clients & catering their requirements.
- Preparing technical documentation including scope of work, logical & physical layouts, compliance sheets, and project plans.
- Coordinate closely with internal sales and service resources to align solution design with customer’s business requirements.
- Technical knowledge of IP including Routing & Switching, Security, Wireless LAN and VoIP is required along with design knowledge of Cisco or Huawei based solutions.
- Product certification or Pre-Sales certification would be a plus.
Training and Certifications Required:
- Product training and certifications i.e. Huawei, Juniper, Cisco, Ruckus etc.
- Hands on experince on Wireless LAN and VoIP.
