Responsible for supporting infrastructure technology implementations in Technology Support Services
Installing and configuring hardware and different software products as per project requirement
Troubleshoot and resolve issues when contacted by clients by providing both on-site and remote support
Maintaining software applications, operating systems, and regular maintenance.
Should complete all required training & certification assigned by a supervisor within the given date.
Complete all project documentation in time and submit it to the manager
Complete onsite support tasks as designated Resident Engineer
Daily system monitoring and software, hardware health checks
Any other duties as assigned by management
24*7 availability to support in house and client infrastructure
