1. Search and generate leads through direct approach i.e. LinkedIn, Email, Call etc that result in sales.
2. Search and generate leads through different channels (UpWork, Guru, Freelancer) for Web and Mobile Development that result in sales.
3. Daily follow-ups, discussions with clients.
4. Identify potential clients & strategic partners to increase sales.
5. Flexible to work within the team environment and other in-house resources in order to meet customer current and future needs.
6. Updating and maintaining the Daily Progress Report/Sheet to ensure accurate and up to date information (meetings status, activities, contact details, projects or contacts applied/awarded etc.)
7. Must be fluent in spoken and written English.
8. Perform pre-sales and post-sales activities related to Web & Mobile app development, requirements gathering, and/or project coordination
1. Should have strong oral & written communication skills to draft proposals/quotations.
2. Should have experience in online bidding and selling services.
3. Should have a positive attitude and goal oriented direction.
4. Meet the company annual and semi-annual targets
5. Knowledge of Web, Mobile and Cloud development and its working strategies.
6. Good leadership/administrative skills.
