Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Highly motivated self-starter with excellent technical and communication skills.
Responsible for analysis, design, coding, testing & implementation of software deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
Developing, maintaining, testing and implementing applications with Ruby on Rails.
Compliance with organizational coding standards and release policies.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Requirements:

Minimum development experience of 3 years.
Solid command on Ruby on Rails.
Experience with Ruby on Rails, along with other common libraries such as RSpec and Resque.
Good understanding of the syntax of Ruby and its nuances.
Solid understanding of object-oriented programming.
Good understanding of server-side templating languages such as Liquid, Slim, etc depending on your technology stack.
Good understanding of server-side CSS preprocessors such as Sass, based on project requirements.
Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
Familiarity with concepts of MVC, Mocking, ORM, and RESTful
A knack for writing clean, readable Ruby code.
Outstanding interpersonal and written communication skills.
This job requires disciplined and consistent effort.

Salary can be negotiated based on experience and skillset.
