Sr. Recruitment / Talent Acquisition Officer

TechNerds, a well-established technology company, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Officer to join our team in Lahore. As a Technical Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Officer, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting top-tier talent to join our team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about building a high-performing team and can help us achieve our goals.

Responsibilities:

Work closely with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure they meet our requirements and are a good cultural fit.
Manage the entire recruitment process, from posting job ads to extending offers and negotiating salaries.
Utilize HR Management Systems to track candidate progress and maintain accurate records.
Continuously build a talent pipeline by proactively sourcing and engaging with potential candidates.
Develop and execute social media and marketing strategies to promote TechNerds and our job opportunities.
Support the planning and execution of company events to promote our employer brand.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Officer or in a similar role.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Familiarity with HR Management Systems.
Full-cycle recruitment experience, from sourcing to onboarding.
