We are looking for active CS academia professionals who are working full-time at institutes.

Duties and Responsibilities of HR Technical Liaison

1. Interview Candidates

Shortlisting candidates
Test Checking
Interviewing Candidates

2. Training and Development

Courses Circular development for different accession paths within TS.
Identify things for employees.
Develop Training materials.
Find cost-effective training solutions.

3. Training and Career Development Management

Making sure each employee is following through his/her assigned training, giving feedback & new knowledge is further departed within the organization

4. Provide help to the HR Team.

Work with the HR Team to develop entrance tests for potential hires.
Develop personality and other soft skill assessments.
