Job Description

Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about products and services.
Maintains customer records by updating record list.
Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
Effective verbal and written communication at all levels.
Having Knowledge of E-commerce sites.

CSR Responibilities:

Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries
Generating sales leads that develop into new customers
Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
Manage COD account
