A reputable company is seeking a recruiter with a proven track record in sourcing and screening to join a team dedicated to our Human Resources Team. As a focused recruiter, you will be involved in managing the complete recruitment cycle and assisting company Managers in identifying top talent for our clients.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the hiring manager of different business units to identify hiring needs
Determine selection criteria for different roles
Source passive and active candidates through online channels
Plan interview and selection procedures (screening calls, technical tests, in-person interviews)
Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs and strategies for each department
