Technorhyme, a UAE based software house is looking to hire an HR Executive/Senior HR Executive for HR Generalist Role with expertise in following HR functions.

Major HR Function the candidate will be responsible for:

Technical Hiring (Software Engineers, QA Engineers, Project Managers, DevOps Professionals, IT Support Professionals etc.)
HR Process Development & Management
HR Frameworks and Policy Developments
Performance Management
Payroll Management
Induction, Orientations & De-Inductions
HR Operations
HR Budgeting

Major Requirements:

2 to 5 Years of Work Experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment
Must be a self-motivated person with a drive for continuous learning and excellent interpersonal and organizational communication skills
