We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Marketing and Sales Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our products and services and driving sales growth. As a Marketing / Sales Officer, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing marketing strategies that align with our business goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute marketing plans and strategies that drive sales growth.
Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to expand the company's customer base.
Conduct market research to analyze customer needs, preferences, and trends and use the findings to inform marketing and sales strategies.
Plan and coordinate promotional campaigns, including digital and print advertising, events, and product launches.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and customer service, to ensure that marketing efforts are aligned with business goals and objectives.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and use the data to optimize marketing and sales strategies.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
Proven experience in marketing and sales, preferably in the [insert industry] industry.
Strong knowledge of marketing principles and practices, including digital marketing, social media, and advertising.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
