Installing, assembling and configuring new hardware including server, computer, printer, scanner, router network switch, DVR and other necessary hardware accessories.
Installing software including Windows Server, SQL Server, Windows 10/8/7/XP and other necessary software and tools as per business need.
Installing, configuring, maintaining and administrating domain server.
Setup, design, implement and supervise whole network infrastructure.
Setup the user account, permission, security and group policy into the server.
Installation, maintaining and configuring Network setup.
Provide client support and technical issues resolution via e mail, phone and other electronic medium.
Diagnosing and fixing the system/server hardware and network issues inside office and at client side.
Managing client expectations and escalating critical situations to Team Lead.
