Thorough Professional IT Engineers with Good Soft and Technical Skills are required for an ongoing project with an International Oil & Gas Organization; the ones who can prove effective Communication in Spoken Languages and Proven Technical Skills are the perfect candidates.

Job Description

  • Provide support on a shift basis (8-12 hours shift as per roaster, including weekends)   
  • To be available for remote support   
  • Understand the severity and criticality of the reported issue, for timely resolution   
  • Make a decision for resolving issues as per Service Level Agreements     
  • Routing the issue properly to the concerned team member for resolution   
  • Communicate status of progress or issue to client and internal teams   
  • Provide detailed RCA (Root Cause Analysis) to concerned teams(after issue resolution)
  • Document the Cases   
  • Abide to agreed SLAs with client   
  • Ability to tackle multiple issues    
  • Able to perform basic testing   
  • Applies all relevant standards and procedures to own work.   
  • Accurately records own time and accurately reports progress on own work    
  • Team Player, shows initiative and Leadership skills    
  • Takes Ownership of ones work and motivates the team to do the same    
  • Must have a steep learning curve    
  • Attention to Detail   
  • Complies with all confidentiality and non-disclosure policies and/or agreement & ensure the security of information at all times

Skills:           

  • Basic knowledge of Oil & Gas Industry specifically Gas/Fuel Stations, Customer Services and Operations    
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills    
  • Ability to understand the end to end picture of the Implementation   
  • Understanding of the low-level OS, network and system operations   
  • Foundational knowledge of SQL (Oracle / MySQL)   
  • Good understanding of Client-Server Infrastructures    
  • Point of Sale Services   
  • Strong communication skills   
  • Knowledge of Integrations via Middleware products  
  •  Office 365, Ms Office Suite, Windows Server OS
