A career-boosting job opportunity is up for grabs at TechSea !We’re looking to onboard 7 candidates who shall fill in resume writers’ positions, which is an exclusive invitation for professionals with at least 1 year of experience in Computer Science, Administration, or Content Writing.

Job Duties:

Collaborate with US-based professionals from various industries and career-levels by collecting, understanding, organizing, rewriting, formatting, revising, and finalizing resumes that score multiple interview calls for specified job targets.
Retrieve profession-based information and related jargons over extensive online research to first align with client-provided information and fine-tune content as per certification-specific standards.
Incorporate rich, direct speech within resume that meets client preference, passes the ATS, and qualifies the 6-seconds scan performed by hiring managers.
Fully comprehend job targets to interpret the eligibility criteria and align client information accordingly.
Format documents as per industry-specific templates and apply MS Word proficiency in the process.
Modify prompts and scenario-based templates to keep clients posted, gather relevant information, and address concerns throughout the customer lifecycle.
Adopt a customer service approach to interact with clients via email, chat, or any other text-based communication medium.
Deliver a professional resume that’s free from grammatical errors and typos, contains action verbs and power phrases, and collectively adds value to the content.
Rework cover letter and LinkedIn profile templates in accordance with the corresponding final resume draft.
Offer multiple edits that reflect on client feedback to ensure satisfaction with the final draft while educating over resume writing standards, sharing case-specific approach, and providing insights of the job market trends to complete the order.
Achieve a daily target of 2 first drafts and revision requests in the pipeline under a 10 to 6 shift.

Skills Required:

Innate editing and proofreading aptitude to brand professionals in a way that allows Hiring Managers to picture the individual making an impact in their prospective role.
Strong command on grammar, sentence structure, parts of speech, and direct writing.
Customer service skills that sympathize with clients, retrieve the needed information, and articulate the message forward.
Advanced MS Word proficiency to perfectly format documents as per the available resume templates.
Capacity to manage multiple orders by applying efficient multi-tasking skills.

Eligibility Criteria:

At least 1 year of professional experience in Computer Science, Administration, or Content Writing.
Research-oriented aptitude.
Customer service based dealing via messages.
Ability to rework hefty client information and its formatting.
MS Word optimization.
Use compelling language to deliver an interview-scoring resume.

Recruitment Process:

Shortlisted candidates shall be called upon to undergo a 2-hour test session. Candidates falling within a predetermined threshold would later be invited for an interview.
Selected recruits shall go over a one-month intensive training to filter out 7 eligible trainees who shall secure the available vacancies, along with a sum of Rs. 30,000/- upon successful completion of the probationary period.
