Requirements:
- Experience of people management and the ability to lead and influence others
- Proven experience in leading and managing the delivery of software development projects
- Experience in a variety of software development approaches and methodologies including Agile and Waterfall
- Experience in both architecture and implementation-level software design with strong grip on design patterns
- Experience in requirements capture, analysis techniques and process improvement approaches
- Experience in the development of software using C#, .NET Stack and SQL Server technologies

- Requirements gathering from clients and mapping them to scalable and maintainable solutions
- Managing projects and team
- Research on new technologies and practices to be up-to-date with current standards
- Ensure smooth running of existing projects
- 3rd-level support to business users
