We are looking for a Team Lead for the ASP.NET MVC development team that will be able to develop and lead our team in new and existing applications.
- We need a resource, who can promote Agile methodology, Pair programming, Review Pull Requests and motivate the team to peer review work, create stories for the team, and is also hands-on with the technology.
- The main scope of work will include everything from back-end to client-side code, using optimal and efficient technologies, frameworks, and patterns.
- Your primary responsibilities will be to design and lead the team in developing these applications.
- Therefore, it’s essential that you are skilled at problem-solving, solution design, and high-quality coding.
Responsibilities
- Participate in requirements analysis and designing new functionality
- Collaborate with the team to produce software design and architecture
- Delivering a high-quality application
- Ensuring a required level of performance
- Writing test-backed server-side code
- Supporting and fixing existing functionality
- Selecting and using the most appropriate and efficient technologies for a particular application
- Designing and building application layers
- Write clean, scalable code using .NET programming languages
- Test and deploy applications and systems
- Revise, update, refactor and debug code
- Improve existing software
- Serve as an expert on applications and provide technical support
Skills
- Experience in developing (ASP.NET MVC / .NET Core) applications
- Knowledge of Entity Framework
- Proficient knowledge in MSSQL
- REST Web API and Web Services and its integration with different applications
- Database design including indexes and data integrity
- Dependency injection pattern and IoC containers using at least one of: Autofac, Unity, Ninject, and/or SimpleIoc
- Implementing enterprise application patterns
- Understanding of HTML, JS, and CSS
- Familiarity with the client-side framework jQuery
- Knowledge of best security practices
- Knowledge of OOP and design patterns
- Work in a team environment creating and supporting enterprise-grade applications
Note:
- The successful candidates must have excellent communication skills, able to meet deadlines, and able to take initiatives without much supervision.
