We are a Software Company providing software development services across the USA, Canada, Europe, the Middle East, and Australia. We are looking for dynamic, ambitious and smart Business Development Executives to help us grow our business. The sales executive must be trustworthy and should help us build up our business activities. 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Bidding on various online Freelance platforms.
  • Communicate and coordinate with clients according to their business requirements.
  • Generate new business opportunities and bring in new customers through online freelancing platforms like Freelancer, Upwork, Peopleperhour, and Guru etc.
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and visiting various places and register the right people on our platform
  • Analysis to work on all new business development opportunities acquired by different channels.
  • Providing quotations, pre and post-sales support to the customers.
  • Develop and review action plans to manage customer expectations with development, deployment and support teams.
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs 
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/ services
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
  • Writing proposals/cover letters and handling client interactions including bidding, follow-ups, requirement gathering, negotiations, and deal closure
  • Requirements Analysis & Writing of Scope Documents
  • Estimate projects in terms of time and costs
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Find good strategic partnerships and affiliations with vendors and clients for company products.
  • Planning and preparing presentations, various documentation, and writing reports.
  • Gathering information through intelligent research as part of self-initiative.
  • Excellent Communication, Marketing & Negotiation Skills

Professional Qualifications:

  • A recognized degree (bachelors or masters) in Marketing or IT.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in sales and/or business development.
  • Able to work independently under minimal supervision. 
  • Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role in the Software Industry
  • Knowledge about website design, development and graphics work
  • Excellent Communication, Marketing & Negotiation Skills
  • Well conversant in English
