Position Summary:

Coordinates with clients and employees for smooth project progress, ensures that projects meet stated objectives and takes full responsibility for all project activities and deliverables.

Major Responsibilities:

1. Define and manage project scope

2. Plan and supervise project activities:

(Defining scope and resource requirements with the assistant of department heads)

3. Negotiate, establish, coordinate and oversee the projects deliverables.

5. Resolve conflict between team members and departments

6. Monitor the project, work done by the employees

7. Analyze situations, identify problems, recommend and implement solutions, and evaluate outcomes.

8. Report project progress to management and client

9. Maintain database records of assignments and progress, and review key deliverables

10. Ensure timely delivery of client deliverables.

11. Developing project strategies.

12. Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.

13. Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution.
