Please understand that this is going to be a full-time remote position. You must have a setup at your home for this. You will be managing a team of Account Managers in our Digital Marketing Agency while managing multiple client accounts.

This job is only for experienced job seekers who have previously delivered ROAS based results to the Ad Accounts they have managed.
You must have managed a team of Account Managers in your previous work experience

You must have exposure to handle international clients.
You must have an excellent grip in writing and speaking English

Responsibilities:

You will be acting as Senior Paid Media Buyer
Analyzing and finalizing the campaigns
Manage a team of Account Managers
Deliver strategy to the Account Managers
Communicate with the clients
Full reign over Ecommerce clients' Facebook and Google Ad accounts
Full reign over US-based local business Lead Generation through Facebook and Google Ads
Brief account auditing to facilitate the client acquisition process
In-depth research process using clients' past ads, data, audience insights, and competitors' ads.
Mapping out a customer-centric Facebook Ads funnel that retargets the full spectrum of warm and hot traffic
Setting up all ads, including advanced copywriting and segmenting audiences appropriately
Clear testing structure with minimum thresholds for all applicable KPIs
Daily campaign optimization
Scaling accounts sustainably and aggressively with a minimum 2x ROAS on cold/top of the funnel, and minimum 4x ROAS on MOF and BOF
Target Market Research, Audience targeting, Ad creative design
Copywriting
split-testing, daily optimization/management, and reporting

Minimum Qualifications

Min. Bachelor's degree in Marketing/BBA/Advertising/Relevant field from a prestigious university
Preferred Masters/MBA degree in relevant field
At least 5 years of experience delivering results
Experience in working with eCommerce & Service-based clients

Location: Remote

Timings: 1 pm till 10 pm (with one hour break)
