Responsibilities:
- Streamlining the ERP (D365), functionality in the retail business and financial areas e.g. General ledger, Receivable Management, Payable management, Material management Production, Pre costing, financial management, Sales, purchases, and system audit.
- Strategy Mechanism to live all modules of ERP.
- Team management to deliver Project on timely basis.
- Liaison with onshore and offshore development teams.
- Managing/Providing support to all D365 users by troubleshooting all the glitches in operational activities.
- Reconciliations of general ledger with sub ledgers, Stock’s adjustment and revaluation in the system (D365), adjustment activities including Production Costing.
- Mapping of complex business processes and ensure accurate entries on every document of D365 through tracking of proper module determination.
- Master data management including, Items Master data, Business partner master data (Customers and quality additions in SOPs of all departments by aligning them with system standardize processes.
- Analysis of financial reports providing business consultancy in strategic decisions to GM and CFO to cut down costs and expenses and enhance long term profitability.
- Business analysis of each core area and presentation of report to directors based on analytics that how process flows can be improved to get efficient results.
- Design thinking and mapping infrastructure design to meet industry specific requirements by developing extensions (Add-ons) with Technical team.
- Mobilization of ARDs (Add-ons) in the D365 e.g. Industrial Engineering, Quality, Production and Planning and Gate Security.
