Engage stakeholders for timely follow up on the actions arising out of the SBP inspection and Internal Audit reports.
Obtain CXO approved closure packs along with supporting evidence.
Validate the closure packs and supporting evidence to ensure that action items have been implemented.
Discuss the queries and concerns on the closure packs and supporting evidence with Stakeholders and relevant IA unit.
Prepare the issue validation packs and get them reviewed by the relevant IA Director (s).
Maintain centralized tracking of the issues, their status and provide required dashboard/summary for necessary reporting as and when needed.
