Perform routine testing for any change either business process, project or CR’s
Analyse the structure of a business, how it uses technology and what its goals are
Identify problems within a business, including through using data modelling techniques
Formulate ways for businesses to improve, based on previous research
Translating and simplifying requirements
Conduct daily systems analytics to maximize effectiveness and troubleshoot problems
Work with banking team to manage requirements specification, determine solution approach, define solution scope, ensure quality of solution delivery
Ensuring new services and updates in existing are done according to defined processes ensuring (but not limited to) Impact analysis, monitoring of services, Service Capacity/expansion management, operational processes, Training and handover to Operations teams.
Vendor coordination required to cover project milestone
Integration with partners like bill payment companies for billing purpose, for remittance companies for international remittances, international or domestic scheme for debit card issuance
