- Responsibility for the delivery of the daily, weekly and monthly reconciliations to Finance & senior management.
- Responsible for the delivery of all reconciliations where appropriate to the Clients within specified Service Level agreements.
- Responds to disputes and ensure that all assigned reports are accurately and timely reconciled to show a true and fair view of processed transaction with partner organizations including banks, payment processing networks, and service providers.
- To assist Manager-Reconciliation to perform end to end Reconciliations of various processes within the organization.
- Perform reconciliation for banks and provide report to Manager & Head Reconciliation for onward submission to senior management.
- Attend to all queries from clients on payments and ensure they are resolved promptly
- Develop and maintain business relations with all departments.
- To reconcile the settlement accounts.
- Reconciliation of prefund with payable accounts.
- To support business and product teams for new initiatives taken.
- Any other task assigned by the management.
- Incumbent shall be responsible to adhere by Telenor Microfinance Bank Behaviors (Be Respectful, Keep Promises, Always Explore and Create Together) in all aspects of his/her work conduct.
