• Directing all operational aspects, customer service, human resources, administration and sales in accordance with the bank’s objectives.
  • Providing training, coaching, development and motivation for bank personnel
  • Manage delivery of products and services in the branch and related representative office(s) to ensure progress toward the goals and objectives of the strategic and operational plans that support maximum outreach under the condition of profitability.
  • Responsible for achieving the sales / Recovery targets of the branch as assigned every month.
  • Driving branch portfolio towards ENR Growth.
  • Responsible for retaining delinquency as per branch standards.
  • Responsible for branch’s asset and liability target achievement.
  • Responsible for branch portfolio of Asset & Liability customer base.
  • Manage branch operations including marketing, sales, business analysis and client screening, loan disbursements, payment collection & deposit mobilization.
  • Participate actively in credit operations and interaction with clients; spend time in the field in direct contact with field risk teams and clients.
  • Perform spot checks of clients and Bank Officer Activities.
  • Control the level of efficiency and accuracy in all back office operations for organization and maximum customer satisfaction.
  • Perform regular monitoring of competitors and overall market demand in branch.
  • Daily monitoring of Managers/Bank Officer’s working in the individual branch (mobilization, field visits).
