Carry out onsite and/ or desktop reviews of assigned areas of Bank’s business operations in line compliance monitoring, assurance and validation plans,
Prepare and disseminate the reports of review engagements with relevant functions and senior management.
Assist in preparation of monitoring and review methodologies including checklists and templates to execute the review activities
Assist in preparation of Annual Compliance Monitoring Plan while keeping in view the regulatory requirements and material and high-risk activities as identified through Compliance Risk Assessments or other related assessment.
Assist in development of independent monitoring and review procedures and processes to be adopted by Compliance Function
To develop, maintain and share MIS related to Compliance review activities for Senior Management and governance forums of the Bank.
To impart trainings related to Compliance Monitoring and Assurance activities to First Line of Defense functions and business units.
Carry out any other tasks assigned by the Chief Compliance Officer or Head, Compliance Monitoring Unit.
