Ensure Pre- and post- disbursement loan verification of the loan portfolio as per mandate given by management encompassing but not limited to the:-

(a) Reviewing of loan application form for completeness and accuracy;

(b) Review documents submitted for application for authenticity and completeness;

(d) Perform sample checks on cash flows projections submitted and if required, make a recommendation on loan quantum.

Identify and report any anomalies, discrepancies or suspicious matters noted during random cross-verification checks to Deputy Head Field and Tele-verification;
Maintain up-to-date and accurate credit decisions in accordance with internal policies and procedures;
Prepare and submit management reporting in accordance with internal policies and procedures;
Ensure availability of required resources to manage the work load;
Recommend process/product level changes (if any) based on field visits for improvements.
Be involved in ad hoc projects or assignments.
Incumbent shall be responsible to adhere by Telenor Microfinance Bank behaviors (Be Respectful, Keep Promises, Always Explore and Create Together) in all aspects of his/her work conduct.
