- Managing P&L & Products of Digital Lending for Merchants and Retailers
- Create a compelling Digital lending vision for the underserved Merchant / SME for the organization and lead the strategy to scale Pakistan’s largest B2B Credit Model.
- Identify trends, innovations and opportunities in the Merchant lending space that Easypaisa could exploit digitally to contribute towards profitability, user engagement and eco-system enablement.
- Scale up existing products in the digital merchant lending portfolio and deliver on revenue and profitability targets
- To drive a well-structured process of SME lending portfolio management ensuring that the portfolio remains fit for the organization’s strategic ambition & best choice for the target customers.
- Analyze critical data, conduct product level segmentation, and ensure portfolio quality
- Set up systems, policies and procedures to ensure optimum loan lifecycle management from uptake to collections, the entire loan cycle.
- Coordinating externally/internally with cross functional teams/ partners to attain product deliverables.
- To ensure that all products are rollout according to the regulatory and company policies.
- Incumbent shall be responsible to adhere by Telenor Microfinance Bank Behaviours & Values in all aspects of his/her work conduct.
- Ensure that a culture of risk and compliance management is implemented, and institute performance measures tied to individual risk and compliance responsibilities.
