Key Responsibilities:

· Reporting to the CFO, Head of Sourcing will develop a comprehensive sourcing organization with systems and processes that are aimed at achieving costs and operational efficiencies. This involves organization-wide change management in the complete operation of the sourcing management teams.

· Execute requests for information (RFI), requests for quotation (RFQ), and requests for proposals to establish punctual and long-term agreements with suppliers and contractors.

· Improve financial performance of the company, impact of the spend in the capital projects and in the P&L by developing effective sourcing strategy and execute relentlessly

· Lead and develop team of sourcing managers to carry out the functions of the role.

· Team with Supplier Qualification to ensure that the basics of supplier management are met.

· Understand the local market and liaise with the local supply chain organization to design and execute the strategic sourcing events.

· Participate in the client tenders as part of the bidding team to ensure that all third party goods and services are procured in alignment with the expectations of the external client and their corresponding contract.

· Own the contracts and subcontracts associated and to ensure that contract addendums and expirations are executed and controlled.

· Constantly analyze spending of the company and the granularity to identify trends, opportunities, to confirm the execution of strategies.

· Identify the opportunities to eliminate "waste" and coordinate execution with the local operations and supply chain personnel.

· Negotiate frame agreements of assigned category including pricing agreements for a term to support an efficient purchase to pay process.

· Hold direct negotiations with suppliers

· Document the process and the results of the bidding and negotiation processes as per company policy.

· Monitor the execution of the strategy and the impact of the results in the bottom line.

Required Knowledge, Competencies, Skills and Experience:

· Entrepreneurial traits, strong ownership, comfortable with complex situations and facing risks, thrive under autonomy and highly accountable.

· Strong analytical skills and cost control management experience of all aspects of expediting, materials management, and logistics operations

· Demonstrable track record of developing and maintaining senior stakeholder and supplier relationships.

· Demonstrable track record in supplier selection, negotiation and complex contract management delivering cost, revenue and profit targets. Development, digital marketing, MFS, data analysis, insights, segmentation
