Manager Cashless Sales / Branch Manager

The incumbent is responsible for implementing business procedures, forecasts the financial objectives of the business plans. The incumbent is also responsible for employee trainings, controlling costs and expenditures, maintaining quality standards, attends meetings and prepare reports.

Direct all operational aspects including distribution operations, customer service, human resources, administration and sales.
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationship by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
Visit local market and identify current and prospective sales opportunities.
Develop forecasts, financial objectives and business plans.
Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities.
Work closely with Line Manager to identify new markets for business development.
Review credit worthiness and verify the customer’s income and demographics to establish customer’s need and credibility for the proposed loan.
