Responsible for planning, evaluating, implementing and continuously improving all aspects of recovery functions and processes
Ensuring professional relationships are established and maintained with clients and attorneys
Working closely with Regional Head of Recovery to respond recovery concerns with existing and potential clients
Review information about financial status of customers and status of collection efforts
Correspondence with Legal Department for Filing of suits against bank employees for recovery of embezzled amount and defaulted customers.
Responsible for the publications of ads in newspapers for employees who have embezzled the customer recovery amount.
Confer with customers to determine reasons for overdue payments and to review the terms of service, and credit contracts.
Review reports & share reports to Supervisor on recoveries status.
Carry out any other tasks assigned by the Head of Recovery/ Regional Head of Recovery
