You will be responsible to develop and deliver new products and services for Easypaisa to ensure business growth and continuity.

· Develop detailed use cases for new products

· Look after implementation and roll out of new products

· Strategically map-out, plan, and manage tasks assigned

· Manage cross-functional project teams for project planning & execution

· Work with other project work streams for process development and ensuring technical and system work-flows are in line with processes

· Be familiar with the various nodes/enablers in the Telco and Banking environment for extending Financial services to the market

· To be aware of the Branchless Banking Regulations which govern the Financial services

· Support in performing impact analysis on change requests and identify changes and impact based on change requests

· Implement improved operational measures and policies that improve efficiency

· Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on business deliverables and maximum value addition

· Maintain positive business and vendor relationships

· Responsible for ensuring signoffs from all relevant stakeholders

· Responsible for keeping a centralized repository of all processes keeping version management to track changes

· Ensure proper communication and implementation of new or changed processes

· Develop project reporting to project office

· Provide support to all business units

· Incumbent shall be responsible to adhere by Telenor Microfinance Bank Behaviours (Be Respectful, Keep Promises, Always Explore and Create Together) in all aspects of his/her work conduct.
