The incumbent is responsible for Wallet Acquisition Products across all channels, starting from developing product concept to documenting requirements with stakeholders, project managers and engage in discussions with engineers and then further improve existing products through focused data driven approach.
- Manage and develop Digital Wallets, on the Magic Box, USSD Channels and the App channel, focusing on acquisition use cases and improving the registration funnels across all channels for Customers and for Agents and Merchants.
- Define and execute the product strategy that is necessary for the consistent growth of Digital Wallets and teams working with IT, Marketing, and Sales teams.
- Complete ownership of all Digital Wallets (Level 0, Level 1, Level 2) across customers, agents, and corporates and payment merchants. Responsible for the end-2-end consumer journey, from registration to KYC requirements to usage
- Responsible for the overall design and UI/UX on the registration journeys for Customers and for Agents and Merchants.
- ·Identify good opportunities. Size them up. Make tough choices. Drive the roadmap.
- Critical to understand customer needs (present and future). Ask the right questions and conduct analysis to gain current and future customer needs.
- Responsible for complete product lifecycle, integrity and vigilance, ideation to delivery to continuous improvement of all Acquisition channels of Easypaisa i.e. App and Feature-phones
- Developing, leading and implementing projects such as company-wide go-to-market plans. Ensuring timely delivery of projects with cross-functional collaboration
- Implement global best practices of UI/UX to improve customer experience.
- Instrumental in defining optimal product processes, hiring, mentoring and building product teams.
- Focus on data and make decisions backed up by strong data analysis.
- Lead product from requirement phase to deployment phase and constant monitoring of deployed product.
- Work with development and quality assurance team for product readiness.
- You are expected to engage with everyone in the company.
