- Excellent knowledge in Contact Center Solutions (Cisco, Avaya, Open Source)
- Provision availability, reliability and performance of Network.
- Provide technical support for telecommunication equipment & assure adequate connectivity to the network (voice and data)
- To oversee the access points, IP Telephony, PBX and other hardware set-ups
- Knowledge of IVR, ACD & CTI along with Integrations
- Having good knowledge of VoIP Protocols & Collaboration Systems
- Ability to set up a secure network of voice system by launching and enforcing global access control policies
- Perform analysis on trunk utility and optimize IP and PBX Communication server for capacity building.
- Follow change and configuration management process.
- Work for proactive measures with the objective of near zero down time.
- Supervise and work to Install, configure and monitor routers, switches, and security appliances.
- Manage WAN, LAN, Wi-Fi networks across TMFB offices.
- Deploy and manage NMS and conduct trend analysis for required parameters
- Ensure system alerts for proactively addressing the issues
- Oversee and work on documentation with regular updates.
- Ensure up time, response time and security of networks.
- Monitor server system logs including routers, firewalls, IDs and NMS
- Timely test backups, Business Continuity Planning and Disaster recovery Planning
