• Excellent knowledge in Contact Center Solutions (Cisco, Avaya, Open Source)
  • Provision availability, reliability and performance of Network.
  • Provide technical support for telecommunication equipment & assure adequate connectivity to the network (voice and data)
  • To oversee the access points, IP Telephony, PBX and other hardware set-ups
  • Knowledge of IVR, ACD & CTI along with Integrations
  • Having good knowledge of VoIP Protocols & Collaboration Systems
  • Ability to set up a secure network of voice system by launching and enforcing global access control policies
  • Perform analysis on trunk utility and optimize IP and PBX Communication server for capacity building.
  • Follow change and configuration management process.
  • Work for proactive measures with the objective of near zero down time.
  • Supervise and work to Install, configure and monitor routers, switches, and security appliances.
  • Manage WAN, LAN, Wi-Fi networks across TMFB offices.
  • Deploy and manage NMS and conduct trend analysis for required parameters
  •  Ensure system alerts for proactively addressing the issues
  • Oversee and work on documentation with regular updates.
  • Ensure up time, response time and security of networks.
  • Monitor server system logs including routers, firewalls, IDs and NMS
  • Timely test backups, Business Continuity Planning and Disaster recovery Planning
