Familiarity with Overhead crane Operation and Maintenance

Cooperate to implement all OH&S procedures and practices.
Working in accordance with the findings of risk assessments, e.g. using the appropriate control measures;
The prompt reporting of deficiencies in risk control measures, including those arising from changes in working conditions, staffing levels and change in equipment condition.
Provide feedback about the effectiveness of the implemented corrective and preventive measures
Reports all Near Misses, Incidents and Accidents during operation
To support of Company EHS and Quality policies and programs
Good interpersonal skills and ability to work as a member of a team.
Minimum 5 years experience in Oil & Gas or LNG Plant or Petrochemical plant environment as a Electrician with extensive experience operating overhead crane, practical knowledge and more importantly, familiarity with equipment for about three years depending on model and year of manufacturer.
Identifying parts and functionality required for a particular lifting
Determine the defective parts by proper inspection as per ASME 30.5
Able to read and fully understand details or reference of an overhead crane manual book
International / standard lifting signal knowledge.
Has practical knowledge of maintenance and minor troubleshooting of different types of OHC equipment
Understands lifting hazards identification.
