TELUS Network Pvt Ltd is looking for a "MULTI-TALENTED" call center (CLOSERS & UP SELLERS) for their inbound sales operations.

Our clients are based in the US & Canadian. Our Market is Telecom, Home Security, Home warranty. (Spectrum, DTV & direct Tv)

Comprehensive Product/Sales oriented training will be provided by Industry Experts.

Necessary Skills & Qualifications:

Must be experienced in the Telecom campaigns like Home warranty, Home security (Spectrum, DTV & direct Tv).
Minimum 6- Month experience in any international call center.
High school diploma or equivalent
Team-oriented mindset
Flexible attitude
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to follow scripts and learn new software programs
Ability to sit for long periods of time
Flexible schedule
Excellent English / Good communication skills will be preferred.
