We are looking for energetic, confident, and passionate individuals who can lead a team to reach new heights in customer Sales Representatives.
The candidate must have 3-4 years of experience in the call center.
Excellent problem solving, leadership, and customer service skills.
Hands-on knowledge of call center methodologies, metrics, and practices.
Proficiency in technology, computers, software applications, and phone systems.
Fluent in English
Having Experience in international campaigns
