TeraHz Solutions is in the business for the last 2 years providing Software Services to its clients and now extending areas in Call Center industry, We aim to provide 24/7 IT and Customer Support services to its offshore client. For our in-bound and out-bound Call Centre Department, we are currently looking for young, energetic and result oriented professionals.
Ideal candidates will be short-listed for campaigns and training on how to receive calls on behalf of the client, order placement, answering the queries and solving the complaints with the given guidelines.
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Candidates with above average English accent will be preferred.
- Excellent computer operating skills.
- Familiar with work ethics.
- Ability to learn quickly and the desire to grow in the company.
- Flexible with working hours (Morning/ Evening/ Night).
- Self motivator and out of the box thinker.
