Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective field sales strategies to maximize brand visibility and market penetration within your assigned territory. Required Qualifications
Proven experience in field sales, preferably within the consumer goods sector, demonstrating a strong understanding of sales dynamics. Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to manage, mentor, and motivate a team toward achieving ambitious goals. Excellent communication skills, capable of building and maintaining relationships at various organizational levels, both internally and externally. A results-driven mindset with a consistent track record of meeting or surpassing sales objectives. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, providing a solid foundation of relevant knowledge and business acumen.
