1- Preparation and implementation of Monthly Production Plan according to OEM Demands, FG Stock and Capacity constraints.
2- Lead and Supervise preparation of section wise Production Plans for Cutting and Crimping
3- Overtime Planning – Planned and Un-Planned, Daily and Off Days.
4- Daily Line Balancing according to available manpower and customer demand fluctuations.
Cost Saving:
1- Achieve savings in cost and manpower through Production/Process Efficiency, Material Reduction, VA-VE initiatives and others in coordination with relevant departments.
In-House Maintenance:
1- lead and supervise in-house maintenance including preparation of yearly maintenance plan.
