POSITION SUMMARY
The incumbent will be assisting Senior Manager, Human Resources in developing and maintaining a human resource information system, developing policies and procedures, implementation of the approved compensation and benefits strategies and systems, positive corporate communications.
REGULAR DUTIES / RESPONSIBLITIES
Assist Manager in developing an appropriate human resource strategy and policy framework for the organization related to Compensation and Benefits and HR operations.
Develop and implement appropriate compensation strategies, systems and maintain a human resource information system including core HR and Payroll.
Develop, maintain and enhance performance management systems this includes leading the annual promotions, performance review and merit increments to the employees. This includes developing and delivering communication and guidelines to regions.
Oversee complete employee benefits including updation of Group Life Insurance and Health Insurance records, handling insurance claims in coordination with Regional HR.
Monitor payroll processing and reconciliation on monthly basis of management and non-management staff of corporate office and regions.
Coordinate with company’s legal advisor about H.R related legal matter
Develop effective employee relations including health & safety at work.
Implement Best HR practice across AKHS,P
Other responsibilities as identified by the Supervisor.
Academic/Professional Qualification
An MBA from a recognized university with majors in HRM.
Experience and Training
Should have at least 3-5 years’ experience of Human Resource Management preferably in a national / multi-national or NGO.
