Location: Lahore

Job Summary:

Identification of suitable areas for opening of new IBW’s.
To prepare strategy for mobilization of IBW’s deposit and achievement of allocated IBW’s targets.
Placement of suitable staff on IBW’s .
Develop strategic MIS report on daily basis that would result in achieving deposit targets/growth.
Daily monitoring of IBW’s staff to check their performance and enhance productivity.
Handling of IBW’s issues with Host branches of BOP conventional.
Meeting with IBW’s valued customers.
To manage and cultivate new business opportunities through IBW’s, and develop initiatives to drive volume while providing quality services delivery on IBW’s.
Monitoring of non-performing IBW’s/slow performing staff, replacement of non-performing staff and training of slow performers.
Identification and reward high performers staff.
To collaborate with business units (Branches, areas, and regions) in strengthening the IBW’s through prospective customers.
Enhancement of bank image through IBW’s.
Collaboration with Hub Islamic branches for smooth functioning of IBW’s.
Trainings of IBW’s staff for cross sale and different Islamic banking products.
To provide Islamic banking services through IBW’s in those areas where Islamic banking branches are not available.

Basic Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree from HEC recognized institution.

Age: Upto 55 Years as of June 15, 2022.

Experience: Minimum 07 years of experience with 03 years in a similar role.
