Reporting To:Group Chief Consumer & Digital Banking

Major Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the Group Chief Consumer & Digital Banking, the candidate will be responsible for placing controls and promoting a culture of good compliance across the enterprise risk management framework. The responsibility runs across all Banks Channels, Products and Segments. The individual will be required to lay down delivery targets and threshold levels for operational & fraud risks, regulatory & reputational risks and compliance. 
  • The job requires review as well as necessary approvals of relevant product programs and process flows. Ensure that activities falling under the ambit of Consumer & Digital Banking Group are carried out smoothly and ensuring that policies are being fully adhered.
  • The job entails monthly performance review on Operational Efficiency and Quality Service Delivery like Turn Around Time, Straight Through Processing, Daily operational & Fraud Risk Monitoring and suggesting automation where possible in order to avoid human intervention/mistakes. The candidate will ensure overall compliance to internal/external regulatory environments, facilitation of audits and ensure their timely closures.
  • He/She will develop an understanding of competitive pressures, their potential implications and provide alternate solutions. The candidate will embed best practices in Consumer & Digital Banking Group ensuring critical deliverables across the group are met so as to minimize escalation of issues.

 

General Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification: Graduate/ Post Graduate from an HEC recognized University/ Foreign University.

Experience: Minimum 09 Years of banking/non-banking experience with 03 years in governance, compliance, controls and/or in similar function.

Age: Upto 55 years as of April 18,2021
