Major Responsibilities:
The Bank of Punjab is one of the leading banks of Pakistan with a large network of 624 online branches including Islamic Banking branches across Pakistan. BOP invites applications from high-caliber, seasoned professionals for the following positions in its Consumer & Digital Banking Group Head Office, Lahore:
- Envision, develop, launch, and commercialize Digital solutions for Conventional Business with complete P&L ownership. These include Internet Banking, Mobile / Tablet Banking, Chat Banking, SMS Banking, etc.
- Envision, develop, launch and commercialize stand-alone challenger Bank / Banking Solutions with complete P&L ownership.
- Developing, launching and managing self and/ or assisted digital sales & client onboarding system in the bank.
- Digitization of all Government initiatives across the Bank with Channel P&L responsibility.
- Responsible for Voice Strategy including Call Centre in-bound & Out-bound. Sales, Service and P&L Responsibility.
Education:
Post Graduate (Preferably MBA/ Masters in Computer Science) from a HEC recognized University / Foreign University.
Experience:
More than 15 years of banking, telecommunication and/or Fintech experience including at least 5 years at a senior managerial role in the same function in a large local and/or global organization.
Age: Not more than 55 Years as of 02.11.2020
The positions demand highly motivated, result-oriented individuals with a proven track record and leadership skills, well-versed with applicable banking laws & practices. The positions carry attractive market-based remuneration.
