Grade: SVP - I to SVP

Location: Lahore

Job Summary:

The position will report directly to the Head of Customer.
The incumbent will be responsible for driving the complete Customer Value Proposition (CVP) / Customer Offering and segment strategy for Affluent Customer Segment(s). This includes planning, implementation and ongoing execution & evolution of the CVP.
The incumbent will have a joint responsibility of P&L ownership for the assigned segment.
The incumbent will work closely with respective product owners to drive segment growth.
The incumbent will be responsible for transforming the customer journey for the segment.
Candidate with strong communication skills along with focus on customers will be preferred.
Knowledge of customer products, segments and needs, etc. will be a prerequisite for an ideal candidate.
The position is required to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree, Preferences will be given to MBA from a HEC recognized University/ Foreign University.

Experience: Minimum 07 Years of Banking/Non-Banking experience with 02 years in similar function (customer’ segments, products, priority segment, sales & distribution)

Age: up to 55 Years as of January 20, 2022
