Job Summary / Major Responsibilities

This position will be responsible for implementing, supervising and managing HR Communication & Employer Branding strategy for the Bank. Major Responsibilities are mentioned below:

  • Create and own the strategy for all internal HR communications - working with executive leadership to create and communicate storylines that inspire passion and motivation, exhibiting transparency and leadership.
  • Be a strategic and tactical partner, especially for complicated and sensitive communication affecting the Bank like organizational changes.
  • Enable perception of transparency in the organization by ensuring that our internal language and communications are clear and transparent and in line with the brand and values of the Bank.
  • Undertake and implement employer branding initiatives with the purpose of making the Bank a favored employer and support the business in attracting top talent.
  • Managing all kinds of MOUs / Agreements with external Partners / Vendors.
  • Act as Spokes Person for Diversity & Inclusion related Initiatives in the Bank. 
  • Develop Diversity & Inclusion strategy in line with the directives of SBP and ensure its execution.
  • Maintains knowledge of diversity-related issues, legislation, and best practices.
  • Conduct Gender Sensitization sessions.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree from HEC recognized University/Foreign University.

Age: Upto 55 Years as of June 18, 2023.

Experience: Minimum 09 years of experience including 03 years of relevant experience.
