Job Summary / Major Responsibilities

This position will be responsible for implementing, supervising and managing HR Communication & Employer Branding strategy for the Bank. Major Responsibilities are mentioned below:

Create and own the strategy for all internal HR communications - working with executive leadership to create and communicate storylines that inspire passion and motivation, exhibiting transparency and leadership.
Be a strategic and tactical partner, especially for complicated and sensitive communication affecting the Bank like organizational changes.
Enable perception of transparency in the organization by ensuring that our internal language and communications are clear and transparent and in line with the brand and values of the Bank.
Undertake and implement employer branding initiatives with the purpose of making the Bank a favored employer and support the business in attracting top talent.
Managing all kinds of MOUs / Agreements with external Partners / Vendors.
Act as Spokes Person for Diversity & Inclusion related Initiatives in the Bank.
Develop Diversity & Inclusion strategy in line with the directives of SBP and ensure its execution.
Maintains knowledge of diversity-related issues, legislation, and best practices.
Conduct Gender Sensitization sessions.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree from HEC recognized University/Foreign University.

Age: Upto 55 Years as of June 18, 2023.

Experience: Minimum 09 years of experience including 03 years of relevant experience.
